The general conditions set out in the present document apply to the use of the following websites: www.globalremediation.es and www.tienda.globalremediation.es (“the web” from now on), legally owned by GLOBAL REMEDIATION ESPAÑA S.A. (“GLOBAL REMEDIATION” from now on), CIF number A61681953, located at Barcelona, C/Bolivia, 148, local A – 08018, Barcelona (España), registered in the Barcelona registry in tome 40958, folio 58, sheet number B-183.555.

All intellectual industrial and property rights of the web, their contents, trademarks, designs and/or logos are the exclusive property of GLOBAL REMEDIATION, or that of third parties that have duly authorized their use in the Web.
Third party intellectual property rights and registered trademarks are properly highlighted, and must be observed by everyone entering the web.
It is expressly forbidden the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the making available modality, of part or part of the website contents, in any support and by any technical means, without being duly authorized by GLOBAL REMEDIATION
3. OBJECT AND ACTIVITY
GLOBAL REMEDIATION specializes in the research, development and marketing of food supplements and dermo-cosmetic products based on their own formulations.
Our virtual shop is a service that GLOBAL REMEDIATION puts at the disposal of their customers to purchase through the internet the products sold by GLOBAL REMEDIATION.
The information contained in the website has a merely informative character. The products offered in our website are not medicines and they cannot in any case replace a medical treatment. Likewise, food supplements cannot replace a balanced diet. In case of doubt, we recommend you to consult a healthcare professional.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION shall strive to offer faithful information, free from typographic mistakes. If the information offered contains mistakes and/or does not match with the characteristics and price of the acquired product, the user has the right to cancel their purchase without incurring in any extra charges, but only if they do so within the previsions contained in point #7 of the present general conditions of use.
If you do not agree with the present general conditions of use you should abandon this website. Unless you agree with the present general conditions of use, you cannot access this website, nor use the services offered in it.
4. WEBSITE UPDATES
GLOBAL REMEDIATION will show, at any moment, the products they have on sale, together with their own characteristics and price, which includes VAT, as well as any other applicable taxes or charges. The presentation on the website of the products does not imply that the product will be fully available at any moment. Availability of a given product will depend on customer demand.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION can modify, at any moment, their product portfolio, as well as their sales terms.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE
Users commit themselves to make a proper use of the website. All information introduced by users must be correct, verifiable, and up to date.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or restrict the website contents, or the type of information that can be obtained through it, without prior notice.
It is expressly forbidden to transmit or to send through the web any illegal or illicit contents, computer viruses, or messages that, in general, might affect or violate the rights of GLOBAL REMEDIATION or any third parties, or that in general might damage the web or their contents.
By entering our virtual shop, users can obtain information on our products and their prices. To purchase online, users must register on our virtual shop. To do so, they can create an account by clicking on the Iniciar sesión button and following the steps explained in the Crear una cuenta section, or by login in if you are already registered, by introducing your email and password.
To begin shopping online, select Compra Online and click on the Añadir al carrito button located to the right of the product we want to purchase.
If you would like to continue shopping, click on Continuar la compra. If you want to check out the selected products, click on Ir a la caja.
Users can click on the Su carrito section (from anywhere on the web) to check, modify or change the products in their shopping cart. Resumen will list the product(s) selected by you.
To modify the shopping cart’ contents, click on the papelera (bin) icon, or change the amount of products ordered by clicking on the – or + signs.
To check out, click on Ir a la caja. Users already logged in will go directly to the Dirección step. Otherwise, they will be asked to login on to the virtual shop or to create an user account.
At the Dirección step, users must introduce delivery and invoicing address. You can also update your address information or add a new one. To pay for your order, click on Ir a la caja.
Step Transporte will show users different shipment options. To continue it is mandatory to accept the general sales conditions, then click on Ir a la caja.
At step pago, users can choose whether to pay with Tarjeta de Crédito or Débito or through wire transfer. If paying through credit or debit card, users must choose between VISA and MASTERCARD, and click on Pagar Ahora. The page will be then redirected to the safe payment plataform of Banc Santander. Users must introduce there their card number, expiration date, safety code and card holder name. Upon entering the payment data, users must click again on pay now. If choosing back transfer payment, users will be shown a summary of the order. Then click on confirmer el pedido. The user will be shown the data required to make a wire transfer. These include bank account and order numbers, which must be included in the Concepto de Transferencia.
Once completed their purchase order, users will be shown an option to return to their user account (click on Mi Cuenta). Users login in as registered users on the virtual shop will have access to their user account, where they can (i) consult their online order history at section Historial y detalles de mis pedidos (ii) Consult and modify their delivery address at Mis Direcciones. These addresses are used as delivery and invoicing addresses for their online purchases (iii) Consult and modify their personal data at Mis datos personales. At this section users have the option to change their password.
7. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
7.1) Where do we ship?
Shipments can be sent anywhere in Spanish peninsular territory, as well as to other territories to be determined.
7.2) How long does delivery take?
Shipments will be sent by an urgent courier, to be delivered within 24/48 hours (working days) for orders sent to the peninsula and Balearic Islands.
For other territories, please check terms and conditions.
7.3) What is the delivery time frame?
Packages will be delivered from 9 a.m. to 7 p. m. They will be delivered to the address provided in the purchase order.
Important: we never deliver packages to P.O. Boxes.
7.4) How can I pay for my order?
Packages and shipment costs will be paid in advance by VISA, Mastercard (through the secure online payment service of Banco Santander). Moreover, online orders can be paid by wire transfers. In this case, be sure to include the order number in the concepto de transferencia field.

7.5) Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We use a secure pay wall and industry-accepted safety devices and procedures such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms to prevent unauthorized data access. Towards that end, the User accepts that the web provides can request data for the necessary authentication of access controls.
Credit or debit card information is encrypted (SSL) and submitted directly to the bank. By paying thorough a secure payment platform, the system will automatically verify that your card is registered for safe electronic trade. Then, it will connect to the bank issuing that card, which will request authentication and authorization for that operation.
7.6) Why my credit card is declined?
Your card could be declined because of one of the following reasons:
- Your card might have expired. Check your card’ expiration date.
- Your card might have reached their purchase limit. Check with your bank.
- You might have introduced incorrect data. Check out that you have introduced the correct information.
- By paying thorough a secure payment platform, the system will automatically verify that your card is registered for safe electronic trade. Then, it will connect to the bank issuing that card, which will request authentication and authorization for that operation through a personal authentication code. The operation will be carried out only if the bank issuing that card confirms the authentication code. In that moment, your card will be charged. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
7.7) What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipments within Spanish peninsular territories and Balearic Islands will have free postage. For all other territories, buyer pays shipping. GLOBAL REMEDIATION will inform you of the total postage costs so that you can accept them before placing an order.
7.8) What happens if I don’t receive my order in time?
If, for causes outside of GLOBAL REMEDIATION’ control we cannot deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, we shall contact you to arrange a new data. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 933 622 100.
7.9) What should I do if I am not going to be present when my order arrives?
In that case, please contact us at email@example.com or at +34 933 622 100 to arrange a new time and place of delivery. If the package has left out our premises, you should pay the extra costs charged by our courier.
If the package could not be delivered, the courier will leave a notification. You have three working days to contact our courier. If, after three working days, our courier could not deliver the product, and no other time/place of delivery was arranged, the product will be returned to GLOBAL REMEDIATION.
8. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
8.1) Cancelling your order.
You can cancel our order before it leaves our premises. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +34 933 622 100.
You’re an return your order during the 14 days following your order, but only if the product has not been opened, manipulated, or tested in any way, and it is returned in its original envelope. In order to confirm the order cancellation and return, please contact us at email@example.com, or by telephone at +34 933 622 100, to detail the order number and personal data and the cause of the order cancellation/return.
When your order is delivered, please be sure to check that everything is correct. In case of any issues with your order, you should write it down in the delivery note and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +34 933 622 100 to explain the problem or issue.
In case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be covered by GLOBAL REMEDIATION during the first month passed since the purchase.
Return orders shall be sent to C/Bolivia, 148, local A – 08018, Barcelona (España).
In accordance with Royal Decree 1/2007 dated 16 November, all our products have original manufacturer guarantee. To benefit from this guarantee, please contact us at email@example.com or by telephone to +34 933 622 100. You will be required to present an original copy of the purchase invoice.
If you provide us with your data because you are interested in purchasing one of the products of GLOBAL REMEDIATION, we inform you that your data will be managed by GLOBAL REMEDIATION, located at C/Bolivia, 148, local A – 08018, Barcelona (España).
Aims of Data processing.
We will collect only the data provided by you to GLOBAL REMEDIATION by any means, in order to process your purchase order. Furthermore, your data could be used to provide you (even by electronic means) with information about the status of your purchases, and/or to inform you about promotions and commercial offers on any other products by GLOBAL REMEDIATION.
Your data will be stored for that purpose unless you told us otherwise.

Only adults can purchase GLOBAL REMEDIATION products. GLOBAL REMEDIATION declines any responsibility if minors introduce their data in this website. To purchase products in our online shop, you must register.
After registering, GLOBAL REMEDIATION will provide you with the necessary codes and keys to use our online shop, thus becoming a GLOBAL REMEDIATION customer for all purposes.
The codes and access keys provided by GLOBAL REMEDIATION are personal and non-transferable. Users must report to GLOBAL REMEDIATION any eventual changes in their personal data.
