All the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Web, its contents, names, designs and/or logos are the exclusive property and ownership of GLOBAL REMEDIATION or third party owners thereof who have duly authorized their inclusion on the Web.
The intellectual property rights and brands of third parties are conveniently highlighted and must be respected by everyone who accesses the Web.
The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making them available, of all or part of the contents of the Web, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of GLOBAL REMEDIATION, is expressly prohibited.
3. PURPOSE AND ACTIVITY
GLOBAL REMEDIATION is specialized in the research, development and marketing of food supplements and dermocosmetic products based on its own formulas.
The Virtual Store is a service that GLOBAL REMEDIATION makes available to its customers so that they can consult and purchase the products that GLOBAL REMEDIATION markets online.
The information contained on the Web is merely informative. The products offered on the Web are not medicines and their purpose is not to replace any medical treatment, in the same way, food supplements do not replace a balanced diet. If in doubt, we recommend that you consult a health professional.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION will make every effort, within its means, so that the Virtual Store offers truthful information without typographical errors. In the event that there are errors in the information provided and/or it does not correspond to the characteristics and/or price of the product purchased, the User will have the right to cancel his purchase without any cost on his part, provided that he does so in the manner established in point 7 of these General Conditions of Use.
If you do not agree with these General Conditions of Use, you must leave the Web, not being able to access or dispose of the services it offers.
4. UPDATE OF THE WEBSITE
GLOBAL REMEDIATION will show the products for sale at all times, together with their own characteristics and their price, which includes Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as any other applicable tax or fee, cataloged by drop-down sections. Its presentation does not imply full availability for sale at any time, as it will depend on customer demand.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION may at any time modify its portfolio of products and their conditions of sale.
5. RESPONSIBILITY DERIVED FROM THE USE OF THE WEB
You agree to make diligent use of the Web. All the information that you enter must be correct, verifiable and updated.
GLOBAL REMEDIATION reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or restrict the content of the Web, or the type of information that can be obtained through it, without prior notice.
It is prohibited to transmit or send through the Web any illegal or illicit content, computer viruses, or messages that, in general, affect or violate the rights of GLOBAL REMEDIATION or third parties, or that in general may harm the Web and its contents.
6. HOW TO BUY
When you enter our Virtual Store you will be able to view all our products and their prices. In order to make the purchase online you must be registered as a user in the Virtual Store, to do so you can create an account by clicking on the Enter/Register button, following the steps that you will find in the Registration section. Once registered, you only have to log in by entering your email and password.
To start the online purchase you must access the Store and click on the product to purchase, and click on the Add to Cart button.
To check the products purchased, you must click on the cart located in the upper right part of the screen, and you can decide if you continue purchasing, if you delete a product or if, on the contrary, you want to finalize the purchase.
Once you complete the purchase, you must include your information, indicate the payment method (payment by card or by Bizum), and accept the terms and conditions of the website. Afterwards you must click on Place the order.
From any section of the store you can see and access the products selected so far through the shopping cart icon, entering the section your cart. In Your Order the product(s) selected by you will appear.
In case you would like to modify the contents of your shopping cart, you can delete a product by clicking on the icon paper bin or vary the number of units requested by modifying the number in the box or by clicking on the “-” or “+” sign.
To continue with the order click on the button Go to checkout. If you are logged in to your User account, you will go directly to step AddressOtherwise, you will be asked to log in to the Virtual Store or create a User account.
in step Address will appear Your delivery address y Your billing address. You can update address data or add a new address. To continue with the order click on Go to checkout.
in step Shipping cost the shipping option will appear, to continue you must accept the General Conditions of Sale and click on Go to checkout.
in step Payment can choose Pay with Credit or Debit Card o Payment by bank transfer.
In the case of payment by credit or debit card, you will have to choose between VISA and MASTERCARD, and click on Pay now. Next, the Banco Santander secure payment gateway page will appear, where you must enter the card number, expiration date, CVV and the name of the cardholder. Once the payment information is completed, you must select again Pay now.
If you choose payment by bank transfer, you will be shown a summary of the order and you will have to click on the button Confirm the order, where the data to make the transfer will appear, including the bank account number and the order code that you must include in the transfer concept.
Once the purchase is complete, you will be shown an option to access your User account by clicking on My account. When you log in as a registered User in the Virtual Store, you will access your User account that will allow you to perform the following functionalities: (i) Consult the history of online purchase orders in the section History and details of my orders; (ii) Consult and modify your addresses in the option My addresses. These addresses are the ones you can use as delivery and billing addresses in your online purchase orders; (iii) Consult and modify your personal data in the option My personal datas. From this option you can change your password.
7. SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
7.1) To which places are shipments made?
Shipments can be made both to the Spanish peninsular territory and to the Balearic Islands and those other territories to be agreed.
7.2) How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?
Shipments will be made through a 24/48 hour express courier company (working days) for orders in the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands.
For the rest of the territories consult conditions.
7.3) What is the delivery schedule?
The delivery time will be between 9am and 19pm. Deliveries will always be to the indicated address.
Attention: In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.
7.4) How can I pay for my order?
Payment for the product and transportation to the destination will be made in advance by payment by VISA Card, Mastercard (through the secure payment gateway of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria: Virtual POS Service) and through BIZUM. 7.5) Is it safe to use my credit card on the Web?
Yes. We use secure payment systems and generally accepted information security techniques in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the User accepts that the provider obtain data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
Confidential payment data by credit or debit card are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then it will connect with the issuing bank of the same, which will request the authentication and authorization of the operation.
7.6) For what reason could my credit card be rejected?
If your card is declined it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The card limit may have been reached to make purchases. Check with your bank.
- Some data indicated/entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields with the correct information.
- When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, it will connect with the financial entity that issued it, which will ask the buyer to authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code and at that moment the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
7.7) What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost will be free for purchases over €60 within the Spanish national peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands. For the rest of the territories, GLOBAL REMEDIATION will inform you in advance of the shipping costs so that, if you agree, you can accept them.
7.8) What happens if I do not receive my order within the agreed period?
If for reasons beyond the control of GLOBAL REMEDIATION it is impossible for us to deliver the order within the agreed period, we will contact you to set a new date. You can also contact us to resolve this incident by email firstname.lastname@example.org 933 622 or 100 phone.
7.9) What can I do if I am not going to be at the address I indicated to receive my order?
In that case, please contact us by email. email@example.com or telephone 933 622 100 to indicate an alternative address. In the event that the order has already left our warehouses, you will have to pay the corresponding postage to the courier company for the additional shipment.
In the event that delivery to the indicated address is not possible, the transport company will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed. For these purposes, you will have to contact the carrier within three (3) business days from the first delivery attempt. If after these three (3) business days from the first delivery attempt, the product has not been delivered, and without you having contacted to arrange delivery, the product will be returned to GLOBAL REMEDIATION.
8. CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND GUARANTEES
You may cancel the order at any time before it leaves our warehouses. To do this, you can check the status of your order by calling 933 622 100 or by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may withdraw from the purchase during the 14 days following the order request, as long as the product has not been opened, tested or tampered with and it is returned in its original packaging. In order to ensure said withdrawal by the client, it is advisable to contact by telephone 933 622 100 or send a message to email@example.com.
Return costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.
It will not be possible to withdraw or return food supplements once you have received the product at home, due to its nature (perishable food product) and its conservation conditions.
When the delivery of your order is made, you must verify that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 933 622 100, indicating your personal data and order number, explaining the discrepancy or problem.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by GLOBAL REMEDIATION during the first month after its sale.
